Cengiz is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents, bringing years of real estate experience to the table. His passion for property began at a young age, inspired by his family’s involvement in the property world. Although he attended university, his heart was set on real estate, and he decided to cut his studies short to pursue a career in his dream industry. Cengiz quickly climbed the ranks, securing roles at some of the UK’s most prominent and well-known agency chains, where he worked up to managerial level before taking the leap to establish CKB Estate Agents.
Outside of the office, Cengiz is deeply passionate about Martial Arts, Combat Sports, and Football. He has competed in three semi-professional mixed martial arts bouts, three Muay Thai & K-1 bouts, and two Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. His love for football is equally impressive, having enjoyed a successful grassroots career, including winning the London Cup with his former team. Today, he channels that passion into managing his son's Sunday League team.
When he’s not working or on the field, Cengiz enjoys training, spending quality time with friends and family, or indulging in his love for cooking, where he considers himself something of a master chef.

Kemal is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and discovered his passion for property soon after graduating from university. Before making the leap into the property world, he held a solid position at the Office of Fair Trading. However, his growing interest in real estate inspired him to pursue his true calling.
Outside of work, Kemal enjoys unwinding with a good movie and indulging in his favorite American-style snacks, including BBQ wings and hot dogs. To balance his "American appetite," he hits the gym regularly, keeping both his energy and enthusiasm high.

Andy brings over 20 years of experience as an estate agent, specializing in property valuations across London and Kent. Having worked with some of the capital’s leading agencies, he possesses a deep understanding of the property market and a wealth of industry knowledge.
Outside of work, Andy is a passionate golfer who frequently visits the driving range to perfect his swing. A devoted family man, he enjoys quality time with his wife and two sons, often embarking on long bike rides together. He also cherishes moments spent with friends and extended family.

Jodie is our bright and bubbly Lettings Negotiator, with a natural drive and passion for property that began at a young age. Before joining the CKB Estate Agents team, she had already gained valuable estate agency experience, and her eagerness to thrive in the industry has only grown since. Jodie is dedicated to developing her skills and knowledge in the sector, with the ambitious goal of achieving a managerial position within five years.
Outside of work, Jodie is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys going to the gym and cherishing quality time with friends and family. She has a love for travel and is an adventurous foodie always on the hunt for her next culinary delight.

Cristina’s passion for property has been evident from the start. Before moving to the UK, she completed a diploma in Property and Real Estate, firmly establishing her career aspirations. Upon arriving in the UK, she worked as a barista at a café in Westminster to support herself while pursuing her dream role in estate agency.
Armed with a briefcase full of CVs and cover letters, Cristina one day walked into our office and personally handed her CV to our director, Cengiz. Her confidence and determination made an immediate impression, and an interview was promptly arranged. It was clear from the outset that Cristina’s enthusiasm for property and her eagerness to learn were unmatched.
With the right guidance and training, which she is confident she’ll receive at CKB, Cristina embraced the opportunity to join the team and pursue her goal of becoming a successful estate agent.
Outside of work, Cristina enjoys socializing with friends, reading, cooking, and staying active at the gym.

Luis enjoyed a successful career as a DJ in Madeira before deciding to relocate to the UK and pursue his passion for property. After securing a role in property management with one of the UK’s largest developers, Luis quickly proved his dedication and worked his way up to a senior position.
Seeking a more customer-focused role and a fresh challenge, Luis joined CKB Estate Agents, where he found the perfect blend of professionalism and modern agency values.
Outside of work, Luis still enjoys spinning vinyl, though these days, he keeps the volume low—strictly by order of his wife!
