Cengiz Kemal - Managing Director

Cengiz is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and has a ton of experience in the London Property and Estate Agency industry. Starting his career at 17 years old with one of London's leading corporate agencies Cengiz made his mark from day one. After being head hunted and taking his career to the next level he landed himself a managerial role at Countrywide after turning down the likes of Foxtons and other high brand agencies. After a few years of hard work, dedication and determination, Cengiz along with his first cousin and now business partner Kemal decided there could be an opportunity to fill a gap in the market by offering high levels of customer service which seems to have faded away in the Estate Agency world. A decade on and they now run and own a multi branch, award winning estate agency brand serving the local community within South London, Kent and Surrey. Cengiz has an extremely high interest in sports. He used to play football for a local Sunday league team, progressing to win the London Cup and although he keeps busy playing 5-a-side once a week decided it was time to turn his attention to his son and is now the Mini Soccer head coach for Samuel Montagu Football club. Previously, he also proved to be a handful in the world of combat sports and has had four semi professional bouts as a mixed martial artist and has also competed in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He developed a passion for property at a young age when growing up close to his family’s property business and since then worked for some of the UK’s largest Estate Agency chains. Most importantly he considers himself a master chef in the kitchen.”

Kemal is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and developed a passion for property after graduating from University. Kemal had a solid position at the Office of fair Trading before realising that Property was what he really had an interest in and decided to make the jump. Away from the office Kemal enjoys watching movies whilst indulging over American style snacks to include BBQ wings, Hot Dogs and more. He also enjoys going to the Gym to burn off his ‘American Appetite.

Andy has an impressive 20 years worth of experience as an estate agent valuing property all over London and Kent. He's worked for some of London's biggest agencies and has a wealth of property knowledge. Out of work Andy is an avid golfer and can often be found at the driving range brushing up on his swing. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, has two boys and loves nothing more than going out on long bike rides with his family.

Jodie is our bright and bubbly lettings negotiator and joined us in early 2023. With only some basic estate agency experience under her belt when she first joined she was keen to thrive within the industry and wanted to pursue a career in a well established team serving the local areas of South London. Jodie has developed vast amounts of knowledge within the lettings industry and is now one of thriving team members. Cristina has a true passion for property and after studying and completing a property & real estate diploma before coming to the UK it was clear what career path she had chosen to pursue. When arriving in the UK she'd secured herself a Barrister job in a Westminster Café to tie her over whilst trying to find her dream role in Estate Agency. With a briefcase full of CV's and cover letter's Cristina, one day arrived in our office asking for any going vacancies and handing over her CV to our director Cengiz personally. Impressed with her confidence an interview was arranged. It was obvious that Cristina had a real passion for property and was keen to learn and do whatever it took to be a successful estate agent. With the right guidance and training which she is confident she will receive through CKB she couldn't turn down the opportunity to join the team. In her spare time Cristina loves to socialize with friends, read, cook and go to the gym.

Luis, after a successful DJ career in Madeira decided it was time to move to the UK and pursue a career in the one thing he loves more than music...PROPERTY! After landing a property management job for one of the UK's largest developers he dug his heels in and progressed up to a senior level. Luis then decided that he wanted a role which was more customer facing and wanted to transition into a modern agency which is when he found CKB Estate Agents. Other than dealing with maintenance issues, in his spare time Luis still loves a little spin on his vinyl's only this time the volume is kept to a minimum (wife's orders)!
