Kemal is the co-founder of CKB and oversees all departments throughout the company. He first ventured into the Property Industry during his University days. Whilst studying for a Degree in Accounting and Finance he set up a property management company in London and went on to study Housing Law to further his knowledge. He later decided that his love affair with property was too strong to resist, so left the Finance world behind and began managing properties full time. Kemal specialises in Sales and Lettings and is keen on growing the company into one of the best family owned Estate Agencies’ in the industry. Motivated and devoted to his company, he ensures all his clients and customers are delighted with the service CKB provides, which is evident from the number of referrals they receive. Kemal enjoys spending time with his VERY LARGE family, mountain biking, BBQ’ing and watching movies.
Cengiz is the co-founder of CKB and oversees all departments throughout the company. He has been involved in the property industry for over 10 years. His career began in Kent where he worked for a large chain of estate agents before being lured to South London by a rival firm. He has worked in several agencies all over London, Kent and Surrey and has extensive knowledge of the property market. Having seen the poor quality of service provided by most agents’, Cengiz decided it was time for a big change. He has since been going above and beyond to ensure his clients and customers never fall short of a great service with CKB.
When he does have some spare time he enjoys playing Football, socialising with his friends & family, boxing and relaxing.
Fatlum is our energetic, keen and hungry Property Consultant. With a great passion for property, Fatlum found himself in estate agency aged 17 where his devoted love for property became even stronger. He has only recently joined the CKB Estate Agents team and, with his drive for success and go-to attitude, he has big plans to become a manager of his own branch in the near future. When Fatlum does find some spare time he enjoys playing football, socialising with friends and family, and most importantly considers himself a master chef in the kitchen.
Kelly found herself in the property industry aged 19 after developing a keen interest in the UK housing market and growing up around family who already had an involvement in property. Kelly had a great interest in the ‘behind the scenes’ logistics of property within the UK and therefore decided to pursue a career in Property Management. Having worked for a number of large corporate companies and an online company she decided to settle down with an independent company where she can focus on developing her skills and expanding her knowledge. During her spare time Kelly enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and friends and most importantly, going shopping!

10. Not One Penny Campaign
10.1 The ‘Not one Penny’ Campaign is exclusive to properties based in the SE26, SE6 and SE23 area. Upon successful instruction on a sole agency period, for a minimum of 8 weeks and a minimum fee of 1.25% + VAT of the final sale price, the client will receive an inclusive marketing pack which includes, professional property photography, a property video, RICS approved floorplan and an Energy Performance Certificate (where required). The marketing pack is fully inclusive in the campaign and once the property is successfully sold, the client is not required to pay towards the product promotion. Should CKB Estate Agents fall unsuccessful in selling the property, or are disinstructed for whatever reason then the cost of £199 is due to compensate towards the cost of the Marketing Pack.
By signing our agreement you give CKB Estate Agents authority to submit our invoice to your solicitor or licensed conveyancer following exchange of contracts. The invoice will relate to the payment due based upon a percentage of the agreed sale price on that date and provided there is sufficient balance of the proceeds of sale to settle CKB Estate Agents fees in full. If any of our fees remain unpaid, then you must pay us direct. At our discretion payment can be delayed until the transaction completes however if for any reason completion is delayed or does not take place within thirty days of exchange our fees become payable with immediate effect.
